*Evening tours and pre-conference KYOTO/TOYOTA tours are extra.

Policy on Cancellation

We will refund the participation fee after the reduction of 5,000 Yen for processing of cancellation if the cancellation is done by June 15 (24:00) of the Japan Standard Time. After the time, we will not refund.

To participants who need to acquire Visa to come to Japan

A Participant who needs to acquire Visa to come to Japan is required to apply to the Visa issuing agency with a set of documents. We make the set of documents for the participant. The set of documents differs among areas or countries. We need the information the Japanese Government stipulates for each participant to prepare the set of documents. Then please send your mail with the information of registration ID for the conference to the address below to ask us to send a form of sheets in which a participant fills necessary information. You need to complete the registration for the conference and set up the trip plan before sending the mail. We will send the form upon the confirmation of the participant’s completion of registration and payment.
