Call for Invited Session Papers

The “Invited Session” is featured at this symposium. Details on the session follow.

• The "Invited Session" will be 90 minutes long and attended by a session chair and three presenters.
• The session chair will begin by presenting the session title and an outline of the session
• The sessions chair will then introduce the name, affiliation, and paper abstract of the three presenters
• Each presenter will then submit his or her full paper (optional)
• Finally, the corresponding chair will enter detailed information in the "invited session" application

Ideas or proposals for this invited session are requested to be sent to isoms@e-jomsa.jp by March 3, 2017.

Important dates of abstracts and full papers of this session are the same as those of regular sessions. These are as follows. Full paper is hoped for but not compulsory.

Proposal Submission Open: February 3, 2017
Invited Session Proposal: Due on March 3, 2017
Notification of Invited Session Acceptance: March 10, 2017
Start of the Invited Session Abstract and Full Paper Submission: Immediately after the Notification of the Invited Session Proposal Acceptance
Abstract and Full Paper Submission for the Invited Session: Due on April 20, 2017
Notification of Acceptance of Final Paper of the Invited Session: May 12, 2017
Each of the four presenters will be assigned a Paper ID

Submit Full Paper
Full papers submitted until May 12, 2017 on the symposium website will be reviewed for inclusion in the conference CD-ROM proceedings with ISBN and could be further reviewed for possible publication. But the submission of full paper is not compulsory.
