Those who would like to present a paper at the symposium are kindly requested to submit the abstract within 2000 characters along with the personal information (name, affiliation, postal address, phone number, fax number, and email address) of each author from here until March 31, 2011. All submitted abstracts would be reviewed on the basis of their relevance and significance to operations management and strategy as well as their originality.
Besides, any proposal of invited sessions, tutorials, panels, etc. will be highly welcome. Please submit such proposals to the symposium email at isoms@ynu.ac.jp until March 31, 2011.

Full papers submitted until March 31, 2011 on the symposium website will be reviewed for inclusion in the conference CD-ROM proceedings with ISBN and could be further reviewed for possible publication in special issues of journals related to POM (at least Journal of Japanese Operations Management and Strategy) soon after the symposium. The submission of full papers is not compulsory for presenting the paper but optional.
Full papers should conform to the format as specified in the instructions for proceedings. Also the template can be downloaded from here. The maximum page length is no more than 16 pages in PDF format. Full papers will be accepted on the understanding that the manuscript is an original work and has not been copyrighted, published, or accepted for presentation at any other conferences.
